Jen is great with our cat Dan and we will be using her in the future! She communicates very well and I know Dan is well taken care of while we are away!

Olivia was everything I needed in a cat sitter. She was kind, polite, and did everything asked, plus a bit extra! Olivia is already very experienced with cat sitting, so other than provide basic instructions about where to find things, I did not have to provide any other instructions. She filled out extensively detailed Rover cards (a first for any of my drop-ins) and provided ample photos, which I appreciated because I tend to worry about my home and pets while I am away. She made visual contact to confirm that my cats that hide are ok, and gave extra attention to my cat that likes to play and be petted. She had to bring her children to one drop in, but she asked first, and that was so polite of her to do, plus it ensured the safety of my cats and her children. The kids played very nicely and showed affection to my friendly cat, who gets really bored and lonely when we are out. She even stayed a bit longer a few times to play with him. When someone is dropping in at your home they could do almost anything and you would have no idea, so I appreciate being informed. You have to place a lot of trust in someone in order to allow them into your home, care for your animals, and make an emergency decision if necessary. Communication is a major component in earning and keeping that trust. Olivia followed all instructions, asked for clarification if necessary, and kept me informed on what happened at my house, the cats, and what she did while there. She even brought in my UPS box. She was an outstanding sitter, the best I've used so far. I would definitely use Olivia again.

This was my first time using Rover and Kaitlyn was so patient with me. She was so nice and gave both of my cats lots of love for me. Highly recommend her for any pet needs while you’re away!

Theresa did a great job of watching my kitties and made sure all of their needs were attended to. She was very responsive with communicating what was going on with them as well as accommodating of my busy holliday schedule that changed at the last minute. I would definitely book her again if I go out of town again!

Sarah was a wonderful cat sitter and a giant help for me and mom’s kitty! She was extremely professional in our pre-meet, asking questions I’d not thought of about how to properly care for my mom’s cat and house. I also had changes in plans a few times and asked Sarah to do some other things beyond cat care in the house, and she happily agreed. She even took care of a little “present” that the cat left in the house! I’ll be calling Sarah again for sure, and highly recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable, responsible and very communicative pet sitter who goes above and beyond to make you and your little ones feel at ease. Kayla was a great sitter for our two cats! She was very flexible and available for our cats schedule and needs and we came home to two happy cats.

Sadie is a top-tier pet sitter! She went above and beyond and put us at ease during our weeklong trip! She sent tons of photos and videos and took great care of our kitty!

Bethany was amazing and so great with our Dizzie! She made sure that Dizzie had all her needs taken care of and went above and beyond by playing with her and spending extra time with her. She was excellent with her communication and sent pictures of Diz to show us how she was doing. Bethany also came over for a meet and greet prior to our vacation which helped ease our minds! Dizzie is normally hesitant with other adults but she had no hesitation with Bethany and immediately went right up to her and let Bethany pet her. We would definitely recommend Bethany for any of your pet needs!
