It was easy to get in touch with Gwen through the Rover App to discuss the situation. She made sure Polly was safe and secure during the outage and even asked if there was anything else she could do for us during her drop in visit. I’m so glad that Gwen was available to watch Polly while we were away; I could rest assured that Polly was in good hands.
