Denyal was great! She watched our kitties for over a week and gave us plenty of updates. One of our cats who had been territorial in the past warmed right up to her. She made sure to watch the weather and closed the windows as needed. She was incredibly thoughtful and you can tell she loves animals.

Leaving our cats is difficult as it is, but knowing Michelle and her husband were taking such wonderful care of our 4 cats gave us such peace of mind. The cats all loved Michelle and her husband as soon as they met and that's the best sign! I love all the pictures and notes, keeping us informed on our furbabies. Toni is great! This was our first time using Rover and also the first time we would be traveling for a long period of time, leaving our cat alone, in over a year so we were nervous about how he would react. We had Toni drop in daily to feed and check on him. Every day she provided thorough summaries and lots of pictures of how he was doing. It eased our worries to know how well he was adjusting. We will definitely be contacting her again!
