I can't say enough good things about Alicia. She is currently taking care of my cats twice a week while I'm away for work for a few months. I am so grateful for her taking care of them. I don't know what I'd do without her. She is super sweet, very responsive on Rover, and I love the pics and updates I get from her. Amanda was wonderful! We did a meet and great and she quickly learned what we needed done each day of our trip. After the meet and great I was still worried and she was very willing to make another trip out to our home before our trip to appease me. She was very concerned about our one cat because she would not eat for her, but she worked it out and tried different things to gain Mikad trust and she finally trusted Amanda to come out and eat. She was quick to respond to me any time I reached out to her. We were very happy!
