Norbert took great care of my girl while I was gone! I received lots of videos and pictures, and he quickly won her over after she refused to walk the first day. Thank you, Norbert!

Angelica was great with Penny, she sends pictures and updates and plays with her. We have booked her before and will book her again!

Nico had pet sat for us before, and once again did a fantastic job this most recent time. He does a great job looking after our dog and home, taking Sancho for hikes and walks, and it’s great knowing Sancho and our home are in good hands while we’re away.

He wrote me back in literally 90 seconds and came through for us super last minute when we had a late in the game change to our international travel plans. Our dog loved him so much that he was using William as a pillow. William was exactly on time for our meet and greet and gave just the right amount of updates. He changed the sheets on the bed for the next sitter and confirmed that the keys were in the lockbox. We’ll be booking him again without a doubt.

Karla did an excellent job house sitting. She was very communicative and Asher seems to really like her. And the house was kept tidy as well!

This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous about trusting someone with my home and my dogs. Taylor was amazing! She asked thoughtful questions, was responsive, kept me updated with pictures throughout my time away, and was really easy to work with. I felt at ease that my home and dogs were safe. Mey was fantastic with our 13 week old puppy! She had great communication with us throughout, and I really appreciated her going the extra mile to keep up with a puppy that is still learning the ropes. Mey is a real professional, and I felt very confident that my dog was getting absolutely the best care possible while we were away.
