It was my first experience booking with Rover (and boarding) and she explained everything from the updates on the app to what would be best to pack to keep my girl comfortable. I received updates consistently and she loved on my girl like my family would. Sophie looked genuinely happy within less than 12 hours and it was her first time ever away from us. Took time for an initial phone call and then a meet and greet. Her dog is super sweet and got along well with mine. Sent photos and very responsive to texts. Will definitely book again!

Claudia is a thorough and conscientious sitter. I left my 7-year-old dachshund Gretchen in her care while I was on vacation for 5 days, and I could tell from Claudia’s frequent photo updates that Gretchen was settling in nicely and enjoying her time. She made sure to understand Gretchen’s routine and needs before I even dropped her off. I also really appreciated our pre-sit meetup, upon Claudia’s suggestion, which we did a couple of weeks before my trip. I had complete peace of mind while I was gone, knowing G was in very caring hands. Thank you, Claudia!

Tony is an amazing caretaker. He sent us lots of pictures, videos, and e-cards while we were away. Mo seemed to have a great time. Rest assured that your pup will be well taken care of by Tony.

Dana was the best ever! Coco loved her so much. She was very flexible, kind and sent me pics on every Coco’s adventure! I felt like my baby was in good hands the whole time and enjoying his time with Dana and Max. We were very happy that he had such a good care! Thank you so much for making this time special for us and for Coco.

Rhyeshona was incredible. My cat, Gon, is a big boy with an even bigger need for attention and he was so happy when I picked him up! She took excellent care of him and I can tell she really went above and beyond. Great communication as well.

Oscar was the happiest boy when he came back from his overnight stay! He had a blast and clearly received lots of attention and love. We received details and pictures of Oscar playing and relaxing while he was staying, and always got prompt responses throughout our entire boarding experience. Would definitely recommend.

Razion is was great! This was our first time using Rover. Once Razion had Dunkin in his care we were at ease with a daily video (that we’re also very entertaining). Our trip had extreme modifications as time went on and Razion was incredibly accommodating and kind. Check him out!

Mel was absolutely amazing! She kept us updated with pictures - just enough, not too few or too many. It was clear our dog had a really good time with her. She made us feel so comfortable using Rover for the first time

Marci took great care of Blu while I was gone it took him a day or so but he finally relaxed and by the time I picked him up a week later he was jumping around like he was home. I would definitely trust Marci again and would recommend her to anyone.

This is my second time using Edward’s care for my cat. He was excellent. Very responsive and provided lots of pics and vids. Highly recommended.

This is my first time using this app. Lina’s profile caught my eye. Everything that she said in her profile is true. I was very anxious about leaving Smokey. I never left him with anyone before, and this was the best experience for my first time. Lina made feel better by sending updates and photos letting me know he is in good hands.
