Dog Boarding in Deer Lake

Beyond impressive! We had just adopted Rex, an 80 plus pound Labrador mix a couple months prior. We are still learning his quirks. When the opportunity came to take a vacation ( first time in 3 years), we were worried about who could watch or handle Rex. I was nervous, but that all went away when we dropped him off. Deirdre put us at ease. First time ever I felt ok leaving any dog with someone. Plenty of land and he made some friends with other dogs. When we picked him up, you could tell he was treated very well. Worth the money! I most definitely recommend her services and will use again! Thank you!

My two dogs - Levi (lab) and Stormy (goldendoodle) and I had great experiences with Megan, boarding at her home. Levi had never been boarded before; he’d always had sitters at home. I was a bit nervous - especially to leave them for nine days. On short notice, Megan met us ahead of time for a meet and greet. The dogs and I felt comfortable with her right away. Her communication is clear and responsive. She shared some pictures during their stay - looking comfortable, relaxed, and active - including my lab Levi “sledding” down the hill there, making “snow angels” while sliding down the hill, then running back up the hill to do it again. I had only been back a few days when I learned of a family member’s death. I checked on Megan’s availability - YAY! - before I made plans to travel for the services. I dropped them off today. They happily ran to great Megan’s 2 labs and did not look back. I am grateful to Megan and her family for being such terrific hosts. I was used to friends and roommates taking care of my dogs, so I was not used to paying much for dog sitting. Megan’s care was SO worth it!

Haylie was great!!!!! I can't say enough good things about her and how my boys were treated. She took care of them as if they were her own dogs and made them feel comfortable in her home. I would highly recommend using her and the next time we need to make arrangements for a sitter we will definitely be checking if Haylie is available.

My dog had an awesome time with her overnight stay at the sitters! They were excellent at communicating and made the care of my dog a top priority! I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Parker and her family were wonderful! Took good care of our beagle.

Deb is an absolute gem! She is so kind and compassionate, and her canine companion has the sweetest demeanor. We immediately felt comfortable leaving our senior Cavachon with her for the weekend, and knew he was going to be loved just as much as he is at home. We can guarantee she will be our first choice when booking care for our dog in the future!

Riley and her family took care of my dogs so well! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She sent pictures/updates daily which was wonderful!

Tracy and her family are awesome! When my pup has been in her care, it’s so comforting that she comes home relaxed and very happy. Tracy is great to work with too! Highly recommended!!!

Lorraine was amazing with our pup. He is energetic and can be a bit much, but she handled him very well and sent me positive reports over the 8 days she had him. I’m thrilled we found such a trustworthy person to have on hand when we need her. Lorraine is wonderful!

Kathy was more than accommodating for my dogs, Taro and Kona, from the start. We had lots of things changing on our end before our trip in which she made very easy and stress free due to her availability. As soon as we got there for our meet and greet, Taro and Kona were immediately comfortable and made themselves at home.

This is the first time we have ever left the dogs while on vacation. Our doggos used to have separation anxiety so that of course left me worried about leaving them. Tristan helped calm that worry by sending pictures and updates each day we were away. There I was, worried about how they would feel/react about being somewhere new and there they were pretty much taking over Tristan’s couch by being lazy and sleeping ?. They also enjoyed the run of Tristan’s yard. That’s something they don’t get at home. While we were away, I knew our fur babies were well taken care of with Tristan. I would 100% book with Tristan again.

I was super nervous to leave my pup Harvey for the first time. I went out of town and had Jean watch him for a week. She did such a good job with him and sent us with frequent updates and pictures of him. I will be using her again in the future!

Ashley, her husband, and kiddos took AMAZING care of my girl, Luna. Despite Luna’s anxiety, and somewhat chaotic behavior, being with your family was such a great decision! She had fun, enjoyed some snacks, and loved on your kids, and for that I am forever thankful. Not 5, but 10 stars!

She was wonderful. I had something come up last minute, a death in the family and she was able to accommodate everything last minute. My pup had a lot of fun and I would definitely recommend her, got plenty of pictures and was kept up to date on how things were going. Can't thank Olivia enough.

Shana was great and was able to accommodate us last minute. I loved all of the pictures and videos she sent! She was very nice and communicated throughout Jax’s whole stay. I will definitely book with her again if I’m back in the area. Thanks again!

Heather did a great job taking care of Cannoli. She was super flexible when our travel plans changed and Cannoli seemed to have fun playing with her pups!

Brenda was amazing! We needed a week long sitter last minute for our little Bean and she made us feel so comfortable. We received daily pictures and messages. You can really tell Brenda loves animals and she treated Bean like her own. We will use Brenda again without hesitation!

My dog has enjoyed every stay at Cassandra’s home. Cassandra keeps me updated on my dog and sends pictures. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a pet sitter.
