Ashley is a good communicator and responds back in a timely manner to all of my questions or concerns.

Leah is so great! She is patient with my slow and elderly dog. She’s reliable and communicative, and she manages her time well. I feel really good about Leah providing midday relief for my dog—I don’t worry at all when I’m at work. She sends photo updates and lets me know how my dog behaved. I’m so glad I have Leah to help while I’m at work.

Jessica was absolutely amazing. Stella loved her walks and looked forward to them. I loved the daily rover cards and photos as well. Will definitely hire Jessica again!

It is clear that Parks (senior Labrador) loves Rachel (and Adalie). During our meet and greet, I emphasized that one of my priorities was for Parks to have an opportunity for mental and physical and mental enrichment. Rachel consistently exceeds my expectations with venturing beyond the “usual” walking route to explore new places, sniffs, and experiences in surrounding neighborhoods, and makes sure to offer different food toys to play with each day when she is about to leave. Rachel sends multiple photos showing Parks on her “adventures” and always includes a great note about the walk and at least one sweet compliment for my pup. The card always makes me smile. She has strong communication skills and always checks in if uncertain about anything. Parks loves kids and it’s a happy day when Adalie joins in. Rachel and Adalie are very positive and gentle with my sweet girl. 10/10 stars.
