Kaysie was so sweet with my Rocco! She sent those Rover cards, and the goofy pictures of Rocco made me laugh while on vacation for the holidays (he is definitely not the best model😂). Thank you so much again!

I’m very pleased with the care that my pets received from Miss Rachelle while I took a short trip! My cats were happy and had done well with having drop-in visits over the weekend. I will be using this sitter in the future!

Markie did a great job with our cats while we were away. We know they got lots of love and attention and everything was tip-top when we got back! Would recommend!

Kay was such a blessing to us in caring for our cat Milo for drop in visits this past weekend! We knew when she came for her initial introductory meeting to meet our timid, anxious cat that she would be perfect to care for him by the way she didn't approach him and allowed Milo to warm up to her first. Kay went over and above to care for Milo, following the instructions we left and Milo began to trust her and finally began to play even if it was just for a short time. She communicated with us well sending us updates, pictures and some videos that we could view that put us at ease. We would definitely use her again if we would need Milo care in the future! Thank you for a job well done!!

Ericka took great care of our cats while we were away and took a lot of pictures for us. I could tell our cat Barney had a great time and was in great hands!

Olivia was everything I needed in a cat sitter. She was kind, polite, and did everything asked, plus a bit extra! Olivia is already very experienced with cat sitting, so other than provide basic instructions about where to find things, I did not have to provide any other instructions. She filled out extensively detailed Rover cards (a first for any of my drop-ins) and provided ample photos, which I appreciated because I tend to worry about my home and pets while I am away. She made visual contact to confirm that my cats that hide are ok, and gave extra attention to my cat that likes to play and be petted. She had to bring her children to one drop in, but she asked first, and that was so polite of her to do, plus it ensured the safety of my cats and her children. The kids played very nicely and showed affection to my friendly cat, who gets really bored and lonely when we are out. She even stayed a bit longer a few times to play with him. When someone is dropping in at your home they could do almost anything and you would have no idea, so I appreciate being informed. You have to place a lot of trust in someone in order to allow them into your home, care for your animals, and make an emergency decision if necessary. Communication is a major component in earning and keeping that trust. Olivia followed all instructions, asked for clarification if necessary, and kept me informed on what happened at my house, the cats, and what she did while there. She even brought in my UPS box. She was an outstanding sitter, the best I've used so far. I would definitely use Olivia again.

This was my first time using Rover and Kaitlyn was so patient with me. She was so nice and gave both of my cats lots of love for me. Highly recommend her for any pet needs while you’re away!

Laura was awesome! She (along with her young son) was very reliable and attentive, sending pictures and an update every visit. She also left the house as we left it, which was very much appreciated since some sitters are not neat/ tidy. We highly recommend Laura and will only use her if possible in the future! She even came twice on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Cori took great care of our two cats. We really appreciated her regular updates and photos. It means so much to have peace of mind when traveling - we look forward to hiring her again!

Sarah was a wonderful cat sitter and a giant help for me and mom’s kitty! She was extremely professional in our pre-meet, asking questions I’d not thought of about how to properly care for my mom’s cat and house. I also had changes in plans a few times and asked Sarah to do some other things beyond cat care in the house, and she happily agreed. She even took care of a little “present” that the cat left in the house! I’ll be calling Sarah again for sure, and highly recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable, responsible and very communicative pet sitter who goes above and beyond to make you and your little ones feel at ease. Elise was very professional and flexible when we had to make adjustments to the booking. She was also very communicative with us during her visits and made us feel like our cat was in very good hands. 10/10 recommend.

Mandie was so great watching my cats. She left detailed and funny notes, highlighting each of my girls’ personalities. She arrived on time and was easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

Chris was very flexible and took awesome care of our cat when we had to go out of town on short notice. Our boy loved playing with Chris and we enjoyed the pictures he sent. We will be booking with him again soon!

Krista does an amazing job with our cat and home, she has taken the time to water our garden and indoor plants… I think they do better with her! She is always timely and gives us great updates and pictures. It’s nice to have someone knowledgeable checking in while we are out of town.
