Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Factoryville

I hired Gretchen to watch my 2 cats when I went on vacation for 11 days. She came to meet me in advance when I explained what I needed done for my cat’s care. She enthusiastically agreed to the task. One of the days while I was gone, one of my cats pooped outside the box and Gretchen cleaned up the mess and replaced the wee wee pads I have under the boxes. She did so without complaining and made the area clean again just as I had it. She came everyday as requested and interacted with my cats to make them feel comfortable. I was very appreciative with her attention to detail and her ability to complete the job as requested. I will be hiring her again.

Love reading Karen’s report cards when we’re away!! Helps us know our kitties are well cared for. She’s flexible and was available for a last minute request. So happy we have her to care for our fur babies!

Autumn is great! I had a planned trip out of town and it was my first time using Rover. She came by, met my pups and we worked out a convenient routine. The entire time she was never late, always spent extra time with the pups and took that extra step in caring for them even recommending a diet adjustment that greatly benefited one of my dogs. I couldn’t recommend any more that if you’re considering working with Autumn, you absolutely should. She was a pleasure to work with and it was comforting getting all the updates from her. Sam’s visit was seamless! This was our first time using Rover and it was a very good experience. Our dogs loved Sam and we look forward to booking with her again!

Scott was great! He followed the NUMEROUS directions we left to a T and administrated *multiple* medications. He made sure our pup and kitty were both fed and took our puppers outside for his potty break. He also played with him and sent pictures. We appreciated his attention to detail!
