Our first visit with Carol went very well. She was punctual and sensitive to my dogs needs. Shadow is nervous meeting new people. Carol was very calm and allowed Shadow to sniff her and become relaxed in her presence. Carol arrived with a few treats which certainly helped break the ice. Clearly, Carol has a lot of experience with dogs and her demeanor was perfect for an initial visit with Shadow.

Scout was great! We had a last minute trip and she was very accommodating to our and the dogs needs. They loved her and got along well with her. The updates and pictures were wonderful and detailed.

Audrey was the best! She sent me pics of my fur babies every visit. I will definitely be booking her in the future if I need someone to drop in on my babies again.

Amber is great. She always sends pics and updates when visiting. She even checks in the final day to make sure my travel plans aren’t delayed, before leaving the key.

Nicole is amazing! She took such great care of Luna while I was away for the day. Nicole is considerate and was kind enough to send multiple pictures and updates during her visit. I highly recommend her to anyone and will certainly use her help again in the future!

Rachel did a great job taking care of my 2 cats! Was very responsive to any messages or questions. Everything seemed to be in order once we got back. Will definitely book again!

Bill has been fantastic with Ziggy. Everyday whilst we were away in India, we received texts and pictures of Ziggy. Bill would also tell us what transpired. Our garden was still full of produce and we were so thankful when he asked if he could harvest to prevent the vegs from rotting. It's these little kindnesses that endear Bill to Ziggy and us. Emma did a great job caring for our cat while we were out of town. She’s very responsive and responsible, and even cleaned up after our cat had thrown up. Will certainly be booking Emma again!

Diane takes such good care of our puppy Bunny! She has been caring for her the last few months and goes above and beyond what we ask of her. She is prompt at communication and extremely reliable!
