Dog Boarding in Gettysburg

Stephanie has a back yard that is perfect for dogs to sniff, run around and enjoy being outdoors. She is great with the dogs and her son and Rocky were besties the whole time he was there. We are so grateful that families like this are on ROVER.

Ms Candace is great! Our flight got us back way late after pickup and she was very understanding and she sent us updates of our dog. Highly recommended!

Dogs are very tired after their stay which is a good sign! They were hesitant at first but ended up hanging with his pup well, i’m so grateful to have found someone to watch my pups!

Jeannie and Robert were SO fabulous. They sent a ton of videos and pictures of Rudy and made him feel comfortable in their home. He is super energetic and they played ball with him the whole week. When I picked Rudy up, they sent him home with a goodie bag and the sweetest thank you note. So above and beyond!! I cannot recommend them enough, and can't wait to hopefully rebook with them the next time I go out of town.

My Bella felt right at home with this family. She almost didn't want to leave. I was never nervous about leaving her. I knew right away she was going to get lots of love. I will definitely use Svetlana in the future.

Very pleased with the care our dog received with Sowmya this past week. They sent daily photos, and trimmed her nails. Our dog came home relaxed and tired, ready to cuddle. Much appreciated the care our girl received with Sowmya. Unused food, treats, and pee pads were returned to us. We will book them in the future. Thank you!

Heather and her family were wonderful! We loved getting photos and glimpses into what our pup was up to while we were away. His experience was so great that he seemed disappointed to have to leave!

Jerin was phenomenal with our three-year-old, active husky-mix. She was very accommodating, responsive, and flexible to our needs. Gunter had a blast at her house - especially with the large fenced in area with plenty of room to run. Gunter typically has separation anxiety, and we were able to sneak out without him noticing given how much Gunter had to explore. We came back to a happy and tired pup!

This was my first time ever leaving my one year old English Setter- Chef, and I was honestly a little nervous- but Chloe made the entire experience so comforting. She was incredibly patient and even stayed up with him to make sure he was fully settled and comfortable. That meant so much to me. Chloe was very intentional about introducing him to the other dogs slowly so he wouldn’t feel overwhelmed, which shows how deeply she understands dog behavior and their individual needs. It’s clear she’s incredibly knowledgeable and truly attuned to the dogs in her care. She kept me thoughtfully updated throughout his stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. And her family was wonderful too- it really felt like Chef was welcomed into a warm, loving home, not just a boarding stay. Chef had the best time making new friends, and I could tell he felt safe and happy. I’m so grateful we found her and would trust her again in a heartbeat. 💛

They are so great with Tonto! He loves to stay and chill and we love that he is loved while we go away! They are responsive and share updates!

Elizabeth gave or Redbone Coonhound Ronni excellent care for almost 3 weeks while we were on holiday. We won't hesitate to have her care for Ronni again!

Diane is an amazing pup Mum and treats my daughter’s dog Potato like her own during every stay with her. This was his 3rd stay and he wasn’t even looking back at us as we left. He totally loves her and his bestie is her dog Dunkin! He has fun and super cared for always. She truly is a god send to us and we are blessed to have found the best sitter!

Sarah did an amazing job with our dog this weekend! She provided pictures and updated us on how things were going the whole time. She was awesome!

Hugo was so well cared for while staying with Ruth. He seemed at ease immediately and seemed to have a wonderful time while staying there. We received daily updates and photos, more than we even expected. The communication was excellent throughout, and it made us so at ease and able to focus on our trip, knowing that Hugo was being cared for and that if there were any important updates we would be promptly informed. Hugo had an excellent time for the entirety of his stay and we loved seeing him hanging out with Tazzz and generally being cozy and comfortable. Hugo was treated with care, love and attention and really seemed to like being there. When I picked up Hugo, he was excited to see me (and I got a nice video of the experience!) and then he was so calm and happy on the drive home. At home he seemed relaxed and genuinely refreshed from his stay, which really reinforced our feeling that he was in good hands. We would definitely have Hugo stay with Ruth again. Very happy! She kept my pitbull for 7 days and he had a blast!! I was kept updated with photos of my dog throughout the week and they are some of the best photo's i have of him. The environment is great and i felt totally comfortable with heather from moment one,i will highly recomend her to anybody looking to board a dog. 110% satasfied!!
