Charlotte was fantastic! Can’t emphasize it enough. This was my fiancé and I’s first time using rover and we will absolutely be using the app again and hopefully working with Charlotte again. Our vacation was stress free because we knew our cats were in great hands and could tell by the photos she sent that they were happy and being well cared for. Her updates were detailed and thoughtful and she was easy to communicate with through the whole process.

Christina is lovely - she is professional, kind and a great problem-solver. She was very attentive to the needs of our senior dog and asked great questions in preparation for her visit. I highly recommend Christina.

Samantha recently looked after my tabby cats, Jack and Oliver. She was quickly responsive to all communications and took great care of the boys. The photos showed how comfortable they were with her and how warmly she treated them. I will certainly call her again soon.

Alicia was great! I felt very comfortable leaving my cats in her care on my vacation. She provided photos and updates at each visit and was flexible in coming/going from my apartment in terms of gated entry and key access to the actual unit. I would surely book with her again for upcoming trips :)

Did a great job pet sitting my two guinea pigs! Firstly she was willing to watch a non-typical pet and gave me updates throughout the time I was gone and sent pictures. I had left a fair amount of instructions and she followed them perfectly and was punctual. 100% would want to work with her again.

Emma was amazing with our two cats! She spent quality time with them and within one day my usually wary of strangers kitty was out playing and asking for pets. Definitely recommend!
