Wonderful experience ! Denise responded within minutes to my last minute request for pet care. She came by the day after we chatted online for a meet and greet. She was going to try and make a same day meet and greet ! The meet and greet left me relieved ! I knew we found that someone who we can trust to care for our cat, Arya. Denise communicated in great detail with us at every visit which made our get away more enjoyable. We knew that Arya ate and went potty as normal etc .. Our cat is shy and hides when people visit. She doesn’t come out until they leave. It became apparent that shy Arya was comfortable with Denise. We got lots of pictures of her playing with multiple favorite toys and looking happy ! It was clear from the photos that Denise took the time to connect with Arya. Each picture made us more relaxed and sooo happy ! Last minute we decided to stay another day but we had to check with Denise and her schedule etc.. She didn’t hesitate when I asked her .. she added another day of visits so that we could stay the extra day. I later found out that it was her birthday weekend too ! One last note … Denise checked in with us to make sure that we made it home safely from our trip, no doubt certain that Arya wasn’t left without care and that we were safe. I will never use another care giver for our cat in the future and I will refer her to as many people as I can.

Lisa was great with Takoda! He took to her right away and she spent time with him doing his favorite activity - playing ball. We will certainly be reaching out again!

My wife went into labor and I asked Erin if she could do an impromptu visit to feed our cat while we went away. She went above and beyond and gave us the much needed relief knowing our cat was safe and in good hands. Cannot go wrong with Erin, she is the best!

Rachael is fabulous. At the Meet and Greet that my cats immediately warmed to her. She listened carefully to their feeding routine and care needs (somewhat complex-as our very food motivated male cat will try to intimidate our smaller female cat if not separated for meals).I felt completely comfortable traveling out of state, knowing that our fur babies were in Rachael's care. We also entrusted her with feeding and caring for our daughter's gecko, which Rachael was not at all squeamish about. While we were away, Rachael sent me lots of check in pictures (she's quite the photographer, actually), and provided detailed descriptions of her visits. It was so nice knowing how well cared for our cats were, while we were out of town.

My first experience hiring Vu was fantastic! He did everything I asked at each check in and gave consistent updates. I run a business and get a lot of packages and he always brought them inside in addition to taking great care of my cats. I highly recommend & hope to re-hire! Thanks Vu.

Stephen is amazing! His love for dogs comes thru immediately. He is meticulous in his notes and made us feel comfortable while away. We are blessed to come to know him and count him as our friend as well as Bella's. Thank you Stephen!

Beth was amazing- took great care of our dogs on our recent trip. They got good exercise and lots of cuddle time. She was flexible and worked with our desired schedule. She provided timely updates and lots of pictures. Would definitely book her again!

We are so grateful for Maria! She takes her “Rover” responsibilities very seriously. She is punctual, detailed, and genuinely caring. She communicated every step of the way and did not hesitate to ask questions and clarify all details. She was early for each drop in and sent comments and pictures each time! We were very reassured that our boys were safe and in excellent, competent care. She went above and beyond! We can’t thank her enough for the peace of mind she gave us during our time away.
