Rachael did a wonderful job watching our cats over the holiday week! She was extremely communicative and made sure everything was taken care of - from checking their auto feeders and water supply to ensuring they were happy and healthy while we were away. She also took special care of our cat Honey, who has pica, which meant a lot to us. Getting daily updates (including photos!) gave us so much peace of mind. On top of all that, she kindly brought in an unexpected package for our upcoming wedding and placed it somewhere safe. We’re very thankful for Rachael and will absolutely be booking her again!

Steve was such a blessing to us. Our Golden retriever needed a sitter while we took 2 nights off before my hubby had surgery next week. Not only is he a nice person who our dog gravitated to but he helped her be comfortable. We would use him at any opportunity.

She communicated every step of the way and did not hesitate to ask questions and clarify all details. She was early for each drop in and sent comments and pictures each time! We were very reassured that our boys were safe and in excellent, competent care. She went above and beyond! We can’t thank her enough for the peace of mind she gave us during our time away.

We’ve always chosen Ava for the past few years when we go away on trips. She is the best! She always gives us detailed summaries and pictures with every visit, respects our home, is easy to communicate with, and keeps our fur babies happy and comfortable until we come back.
