Stephanie took good care of my cats, who can be a bit challenging at times (one has special needs and one has a big attitude sometimes). She did well following the special instructions that were left for her and cleaned up some messes that were made which I greatly appreciate. the special wet food is tricky to mix up so that Gandalf will eat it, so I’ll try to show that a little better in the future. I would book her again!

Caroline was amazing! She was so caring and sweet to my furbaby over the weekend. She provided constant updates with messages and pictures and my cat was really comfortable and happy with her. She’s super professional and I would definitely recommend her.

Christy was excellent! We will definitely book her again when the need comes up. The "meet and greet" was a great way in person to have her aware of our cat's needs and quirks, along with what needed to be done, or not done, and to get to meet her ahead of time. Christy sent daily photos, and kept us informed with her visits. She was reliable, pleasant, down to earth , friendy and perfect for our cat. My daughter uses Rover also for her two dogs in another state, and she has been very happy with the service also.

I booked Carley for a second set of home drop in visits with our cat, Raja, knowing that he would be in capable hands. Carley is very reliable and organized. Raja had a medication change and Carley quickly familiarized herself with his new details. She is experienced with his medication administration needs and her Rover check in updates are always prompt.

Natalie has been amazing and relieved a lot of my worry about leaving my cat alone for the first time. Seeing the report card and pictures everyday has been my favorite thing to look forward to. You will not be disappointed!

I am a first-time customer with Rover.com. I submitted a request for a petsitter to watch my cats while I was out of state. For six days (including Labor Day weekend), Sarah M. took excellent care of my “Little Ones”. During all ten visits, she went the extra mile and cleaned up the occasional fur balls (yuck🤢) and small-scale disasters my cats made. My cats took a liking to her and that doesn’t usually happen. That means there’s something special about Sarah M. She is thorough, meticulous, kind, considerate, and professional. I’ll gladly ask her to watch my pets again! Thank you, Sarah!
