This was our first time boarding our 11 year old diabetic cat, so we were not sure what to expect. Melissa was very patient as it took about 12 hours for our cat to begin adjusting to the new environment. She gave frequent updates and asked questions when unsure of how to deal with his insulin when he initially refused to eat. Once he warmed up everything was smooth sailing.
