John has done a great job with our two puppies, Gunnar and Stella. He has taken extra time to make sure they feel comfortable with him and he leaves detailed notes about their daily activities.

Lani is great. She took fantastic care of our little dude, communicated when she was arriving/what she was doing, and went above and beyond by cleaning his litter box and helping us out. This is our second time having Lani take care of our cat and will definitely not be the last!
