John is always so attentive and considerate! He asks for all the right info for your pets to be treated well while you're gone - which is always my (and I'm sure everyone else's!) biggest concern when I have to go out of town. He's great with cats!

Fraya was wonderful! She was my first booking on rover.com and she definitely made me feel at ease with everything! That meant a lot to me because I was a nervous wreck about having to leave my girl alone for almost 15hrs while I was working. She responded very quickly to my last-minute service request and was available for a meet n greet right away. It was awesome that she was willing to come to my home late at night to let my girl out and give her some love. She's thorough, knowledgeable, very trustworthy and genuine. She takes great pictures and she even helped me work the phone app. It basically couldn't have went better. Thank you, Fraya!

Leilani is awesome! She came early bc she was excited to see our boys! They had a blast with her playing and romping around!!! We have a longer stay coming up with her and we are excited to have her care for our babies.
