Laura always takes excellent care of our pets! She communicates well and follows all instructions.

She is the absolute sweetest person and Luna knew it from the first time they met. Luna is extremely anxious around other people however with Katie, she walked right up to her for some snuggles. I will definitely be calling Katie back!!
