House Sitting in Heilmandale

Cassidy provided a great first experience with using Rover. She was great with communication prior to and during her stay with our dogs. She provided daily updates with photos and the dogs seemed content the whole time, which made us feel at ease. Our house was in order upon return and the dogs seemed happy. We would definitely use her services again.

Melanie took excellent care of my dogs while I was away, even competently giving my elderly dog his medicine multiple times a day. She visited them multiple times throughout the day, reported back to me how they were doing, and sent lots of pictures. I could tell from the pictures they were happy and comfortable with her. I was able to truly relax on my trip knowing my dogs were in competent, caring hands and receiving lots of loving while I was gone. I will definitely use Melanie again in the future.

Adam is conscientious, attentive to detail, and provides excellent communication. My dogs loved him and he kept us in the loop with updates and photos. I’m pretty sure he even cleaned up before he left! its always strange having a stranger staying in your home, but we felt totally comfortable with Adam. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of pet care!

Brittany was excellent and very professional. She took great care of our 3 dogs including a young puppy and elderly Saint Bernard who required regular medication. We were kept updated on everything happening at home while we were away through text messages and pictures. We have full trust in Brittany and will definitely be booking her the next time we get to go away!!

Alena stayed with our yellow lab at our house for a week. It was our first time using Rover or any pet service, and our experience with Alena has certainly given us the confidence to book her through Rover again. Her professionalism and detail-oriented approach instilled confidence, and we were able to be away with our family knowing our fur kid was in good hands. Thank you so much, Alena!!

Juliana was easy to work with. She took good care of our dog and house while we were away. She sent us pictures and our pup was clearly very happy. We'll gladly book her again.

I give Mary a five star this was our first time using Rover I did not know how my dogs would behave but Mary made me feel very comfortable that they are in good hands and they seem to love her so I definitely will rebook with her,

Erika was great! She took great care of our needy pup and our house was In wonderful condition when we returned. She sent pictures throughout the day and even let us know if she had to run out for a bit, while our dog was alone for a couple hours. Highly recommend :)

Bev was on time as always. She is very dependable. Excellent interaction with our doggie and willing to go the extra step for the animal. Definitely recommend her.
