Karen was amazing! This was our first experience with Rover, and we will definitely book with her again. She took such great care of our 2 kitties - when we got home I swear they looked at us like "Where's that nice lady?" Her detailed Rover cards & pictures really helped us feel comfortable with the Rover experience. Highly recommend her!
