Cassidy has that natural ability to interact with animals and put pets at ease immediately. It's easy to understand why she is in such high demand as a sitter! And her genuineness comes through in her relationship with pet parents too! She is a skilled communicator, provides regular detailed updates during engagements and takes her role very seriously. Maria took great care of my cat and went above and beyond! She is amazing at giving updates with many photos and videos every day. She is an excellent communicator and made sure I knew everything going on with my cat. She also followed all of my directions and any requests that I had. I would definitely book her again.

This was my first time using Rover, and I had a fantastic experience with Olivia. As someone who doesn't like leaving their cat alone for extended periods of time, Olivia made sure to ease any of my anxieties. She sent photos and a brief summary of each visit and brought up any questions/concerns that came about during the check-in's. All of this made for a worry-free trip. I will definitely be using Olivia again for any future vacations if possible! You won't regret booking her.
