Dog Boarding in Hickory

Ryan made Smokey's visit feel like a vacation! Smokey and Ryan's dogs got out to the park everyday! Smokey is missing his newfound friends now. Ryan was great with my dog and his dogs made him part of the pack. I would highly recommend Ryan!

Rick took great care of our dog. Needless to say we were a little nervous as we rarely leave our dog with a sitter (probably only 1 other occasion his entire life). Rick was a great communicator and texted us even late at night with photos when we were worried about him. We definitely look forward to using his services again.

Kathleen was so amazing with Kiwi. She provided so many picture updates so I knew how Kiwi was doing. When I went to pick Kiwi up, Kiwi was smiling - such a happy dog. For having an anxious dog, Kiwi didn’t seem anxious at all. She looked right at home. I would absolutely recommend Kathleen and will be using her again when the situation arises.

Valerie was beyond excellent! In addition to taking great care of my special needs dog, Valerie also worked with me to modify the booking because of flight delays at my end. I really appreciated that! Squid is as happy as ever after his stay at Valerie’s.

Maria was amazing!!!! Quick communication and regular updates with photos of how my pup was doing. He got daily walks, snuggles, time playing ball in the yard, and lots of romping around with his new doggo friends. I think he enjoyed his vacation as much as I did! Thank you, Maria! Kirsten and Daniel were wonderful caregivers for Murphy. They gave us daily updates and sent lots of pictures. Murphy seemed to be comfortable and content. Would definitely use Kirsten and Daniel again - and highly recommend to others.

Our puppy, Leroy had a wonderful experience with Anita! She made him feel very comfortable in her home. It was great to get the daily updates and pictures. It eased any worries we had about leaving him for the first time overnight. We would not hesitate to use Anita for petsitting again.

amber was great to work with she was very flexible with our pick up and drop off times even when they changed a bunch. she was super friendly, communicative, and sent photos while we were away! our animals were in great hands and we will definitely use her again!

Sebastian was such a pleasure to work with! Was agreeable for our drop off/pickup times based on our flights, and made sure the pups felt right at home. It was very reassuring to know he has a fenced yard. We also got a photo and update every day which was great. We will definitely be returning for our next vacation!

When I read Debbie and Adam's profile, I really felt they would be the perfect sitters. They are knowledgeable and comfortable with caring for new dogs. While I was nervous as a first-time Rover user, I was confident they had it all under control! I'd definitely use Debbie & Adam again for any future needs.

We are so grateful for Cassandra! She made us feel so comfortable leaving our 6 month old puppy, and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our pup was in good hands. Cassandra kept up with our puppy's schedule and worked with her on some new training as well. She kept us updated and reassured us everything was great! I was very apprehensive about leaving my baby for the first time EVER! Lisa was great with him. She was patient and loving. She sent me updates and pictures every day. So happy I chose Lisa!

AJ was great with Daisy during the three weeks she stayed with him. We were getting daily updates and pictures. She looked happy and even went for hike with his family! She was also not tided to small part of his house but rather was treated like family puppy. I highly recommend him and I would certainly use his services again.

We had our dog stay with Ashley for our first vacation since adopting him. We were worried how he would handle the change, but he loved his stay. Ashley was amazing about sending pictures, movies, and texts, which made everything easier on us. We would recommend Ashley to anyone!
