Spent extra time with all 3 of our cats to ensure they had enrichment while we were away. She promptly and professionally handled a difficult situation which arose due to a misunderstanding.

Ashley did a great job with my three cats. They were a little shy and timid, and Ashley had the patience to help them warm up slowly to her. She was also very good at following directions and remembering the little things I told her about my kitties.

Megan is quick with communications and did a great job watching over our three cats while we were out of the country. She was even kind enough to bring in some packages that were delivered while we were away without us asking.

I am so thankful for Beth. She is punctual, detailed, and SO sweet!! My dogs love her and I love knowing they are in such good hands. I have a scaredy-cat for a pup and he has felt so comfortable with her from day 1. I don’t need help with them often…but Beth is my go-to 100% of the time!

I was very nervous about leaving my dog but Sadie was extremely kind and detailed when giving updates about her and sending pictures! And communited very well throughout the entire visit. I will be rebooting again for future trips!

Cassidy was amazing with our dog and kept us updated on how she was doing. We felt relaxed and knew our dog was being taken care of very well while we were away. We will definitely be telling our friends that are looking for an animal sitter and we will definitely be hiring her again.

Taylor was fantastic! She sent lots of pictures of my cats and was excellent at communicating! She went above and beyond during the visit! Will definitely be using her again!

This was my first time using Rover, and I had a fantastic experience with Olivia. As someone who doesn't like leaving their cat alone for extended periods of time, Olivia made sure to ease any of my anxieties. She sent photos and a brief summary of each visit and brought up any questions/concerns that came about during the check-in's. All of this made for a worry-free trip. I will definitely be using Olivia again for any future vacations if possible! You won't regret booking her.

Jolene is phenomenal. She is always so caring to our animals and takes the time to play and love on them. She’s attentive to detail and so kind and we are so grateful to have her for all our vacations.
