House Sitting in Ivyland

This is the second time Angelica has watched our 2 dogs in our home over night. We always come home to happy pups. Angelic is very respectful of our home, we are always very comfortable with her staying and taking care of our babies.

Bridgette was great. I was in a jam and needed some quick. She came to do a meet and great as soon I requested and took care of Abby while I was away. I definitely use her again.

My dog Rosie just spent 10 days over the holidays with Hailey and I can tell that Rosie was one happy girl. I know Rosie was well cared for, calmed when stressed and energized by play and walks. I hate to admit it but Rosie wasn't thrilled to see me when I returned-- I think she was waiting for Hailey! I'm most nervous about others taking Rosie on walks because Rosie is reactive and walks can be triggering for her. I had complete confidence that Hailey knew what to do on walks to keep Rosie calm. I recommend Hailey highly as a pet sitter- she is responsible, respectful of property, knowledgeable about dogs, and caring.

We felt so at ease leaving our two dogs with Brian and Georgette. At the first meeting our usually high strung smaller dog was almost instantly rolling over for belly rubs- not a typical reaction to new people for her! While we were gone Brian sent regular updates and photos and was always easy to get in touch with. He left our house clean and dogs happy and healthy! I think our dogs were sad for them to go, but we so appreciated them staying here with our girls while we were out of town. We will definitely reach out again in the future. Thank you Brian & Georgette!!

Jenna was able to help me out last minute when my other plans for my dog changed. She came to my house and met my dog where he adjusted to her very quickly. She kept me updated and sent pictures while we were gone. Highly recommend!

Sondra stayed with our fur babies for our short getaway, and we were so pleased with her stay!! She stayed in touch with us, gave us updates regularly, responded quickly. I can't say enough good things about her!! Thank you, Sondra!

Samantha was very communicative sending daily updates and pictures! Jetson really seemed to warm up to her fast and I can tell he was well taken care of as he hasn't been (too) angry since I have come home

Dawn was literally amazing from beginning to end. She did a meet and greet about a month prior to the booking date, and then asked to meet a 2nd time for a little refresh. She stayed at our apartment with our pets while we were away for a weekend and she constantly sent pictures and videos. She kept us in the loop and answered our texts almost immediately. She followed instructions and was very respectful of our space. She even put our sheets and blankets in the wash (even asked our permission first!) She didn’t leave a mess and most importantly, our dogs and cats felt safe and comfortable. I’m so happy we went with Dawn and will continue to book with her anytime we need a pet sitter!

Jen was just awesome with my fur babies. They were well taken care and enjoyed their time with her. I have already booked her for a full week while on vacation.

I was a little worried that our dog would be a bit wary at first, but she seemed to take to Julia right away. From the photos Julia sent, I could tell that both our dog and our cat were very happy that Julia was here with them. And in the last photo Julia sent as she was leaving, the dog looked very sad to see her go! I hope Julia can sit for us again in the future.

Heather went above and beyond while watching Marley. She provided two daily updates to ensure his feeding and medication went well. She noted his behavior and I was able to provide some tips to comfort him. Heather even accommodated us when our travel was delayed by a couple days and made sure Marley was taken care of. She truly was a life saver in watching our Marley, and we will absolutely be booking again if she’ll have us! Thanks Heather!!

Alex took excellent care of our dogs while we were away for a few days. He was very communicative, sent us pictures and check-ins at least twice a day, and followed all instructions to the letter. This was our first time using a sitter from Rover, and we were a bit nervous about how it would go. Alex exceeded all expectations and gave us invaluable peace of mind all week. 10/10 would definitely book Alex again.

This is the 2nd time we booked Alyssa and she was wonderful!! She took great care of our boys! On the last day we asked her to come back after work to let our boys outside and boy I am so glad I did because I flight was late. It was so comforting knowing my boys were taken care of and I didn't have to worry!!

Wendy watched our 6 month old cat Alaska, we had just recently gotten her and we’re feeling nervous about leaving her. Wendy was incredibly diligent and detailed in gathering all the information she could about Alaska and her preferences and schedule. She was incredibly communicative and gave us constant updates and pictures, which really allowed us to not worry while away. Wendy is clearly very passionate about what she does and loves animals a lot, she was very sweet, and we are very appreciative for her and Alaska's time together!
