Her care and compassion for our cat with CH was stellar and her communication was outstanding, she took extra consideration for small details and made sure to follow through with everything. She provided lots of pictures and left us with no concerns while we were away that our girl was well taken care of. Would highly recommend her and will be reaching out to her for all future requests! :)
Heather and Thad are the BEST!! I am truly the definition of crazy cat mom. Having Persians and exotics is not for someone who does not want to put in the work. Having 6 and showing some leave the at home cats needing A+ care. I am so pleased and appreciative for the amazing care given to my babies. They were cleaned perfectly !! Yes I have an all white exotic and a Brown Patch Tabby white around eye area and they looked beautiful. They spent time feeding playing with and making the cats feel they were not alone. I will definitely use them again. I recommend to Heather and Thad 100%. Litter boxes were perfectly done, home left spotless and all of my wishes for cats were followed through. 5 Star is not enough they are 10 plus.

My cat was taking a course of antibiotics that she needed to finish while I was away. Emily was so accommodating and flexible, increasing the visits so that Kitty could finish getting all of the medication. Thank you, Emily!
