Heather was extremely thoughtful and attentive for our dogs. We were nervous at first, never leaving them alone for so long, but after seeing how much time she spent with them, it put our minds at ease. One of the smoke detector batteries was running low and caused the annoying chirping sound every couple of minutes, which startles the dogs. She volunteered to change the battery which allowed them to relax. I highly recommend Heather.

Ashley did a great job sending us updates with every visit. Our cats really liked her and it looked like they were always out and about when she arrived. With five cats of her own, she knew exactly how to take care of them!

We were getting married and needed to book a pet sitter since everyone that we would normally trust to watch our dogs would be at our wedding. This was our first time using a pet sitter and first time using rover, we were very nervous about booking someone that we did not know and trust to watch our dogs (they are our babies). After meeting with Jessica for our meet and greet, my now husband and i both felt super comfortable with booking her and trusted her to care for our dogs. We could tell that she is very caring towards animals and we loved the fact that she is a certified veterinary nurse so if something were to happen our dogs would be in good hands. Jessica sent us the rover report card and it was super detailed and showed everything that our dogs did in the visits with her and we loved seeing the pictures. We will DEFINITELY be booking Jessica again in the future!
