Repeat customer here. Gwen was a huge help with my 16 year old cat Polly. While away, we got a notification that our power went out. It was easy to get in touch with Gwen through the Rover App to discuss the situation. She made sure Polly was safe and secure during the outage and even asked if there was anything else she could do for us during her drop in visit. I’m so glad that Gwen was available to watch Polly while we were away; I could rest assured that Polly was in good hands.

As always, Marisa is the best! You will feel very at ease leaving your fur babies knowing how compassionate, communicative, and professional she is. We would recommend Marisa to anyone!

Kailey was amazing to work with! Her care and compassion for our cat with CH was stellar and her communication was outstanding, she took extra consideration for small details and made sure to follow through with everything. She provided lots of pictures and left us with no concerns while we were away that our girl was well taken care of.
