John is always so attentive and considerate! He asks for all the right info for your pets to be treated well while you're gone - which is always my (and I'm sure everyone else's!) biggest concern when I have to go out of town. He's great with cats!

We are so appreciative of Jennifer's timely communication and willingness to keep us updated about our cats when we're away! We feel our babies are in good hands with her--she even hung out quietly on the floor with our blind cat who can get nervous when we're gone to try and make him more at ease. Jennifer is a great and we'd be happy to hire her again!

This was my first time using Rover and i had concerns about a stranger caring for my cats and in my house. Melisha came for a meet n greet and knew all the right questions to ask. It was evident she was experienced in pet care. She was on time for each visit and sent lots of photos. A great communicator. She even alerted us to a strange vehicle in our driveway. I will be hiring her for my next vacation !

Another fun with Fraya for our cats! They love Fraya and we love the worry free time away. Fraya is the best. When she visits our cats live their absolute best lives!

I felt so comfortable with Jessica the moment I saw her. My three cats took to her quickly. There was one day when it stormed, lots of thunder, and she offered to go back to check on them for free. Highly recommend Jessica!
