Finding a polite, dependable, and punctual dog walker or sitter is challenging, to say the least. Even in our gig economy, the talent in the marketplace leaves much to be desired. Without outright saying she is excellent, which she is. It's more important to illustrate. So, I asked if she would meet my new puppy before I hired her to walk him. She was more than happy to do so and preferred it that way for her reasons. Unfortunately, the night she was supposed to come over, it was a snowy, icey mess. I figured she would reschedule due to the weather. NOPE, she showed up at the time she said she would! I thought, before I even met her, that she was hired. And she was exactly as polite and professional in person as she was over the app. Great find, and I would highly recommend Kristie for your pet needs!!

This was our first time booking a cat service through Rover and we couldn’t be happier! Jason truly has a gift with animals and won over both of our girls while we were away and gave us daily updates throughout the week. He even went above and beyond in sending us videos of both of our loves and even brought in packages we forgot to hold on while we were out. Liz is wonderful. My cat loved her. She brushed him every morning for his photos - which I loved - and he loves being brushed more than anything, except catnip, which Liz gave to him abundantly as well. She didn’t miss a visit. Kept me well informed. And my cat and all his spaces and belongings were in great shape. I worked with her once prior and will always ask her first. Her rates are very reasonable. Thanks Liz!!

Devyn did such a great job helping us out with our puppy. This was our first time using Rover and she made us feel comfortable with the process! We loved the notes she left and at the end she even gave a little goodie bag to our puppy! We would definitely book with her again.
