Cassandra is wonderful! She did a meet and greet with us and our cats prior to the appointment. We had her drop in for our cats while we were away and she took great care of them. Sara was absolutely wonderful with Beans and Bogey. It was clear right away that she genuinely cares about animals. She didn’t just stop in to feed them and scoop litter — she took real time to pet them, play with them, and give them attention, which made such a difference. She also sent pictures every day, which I really appreciated and found incredibly reassuring. Both cats clearly loved her, and that gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She also went above and beyond with the practical things, including changing the bag in the Litter Champ multiple times without being asked. That level of care and thoughtfulness really stood out. I felt completely confident knowing my cats were in such kind, attentive hands. I would absolutely book Sara again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who treats your pets like their own.

Aria is absolutely wonderful! I could see she was connecting with my cats every visit. Everything was is great order when I got home including food well taken care of and the litter box tidy! I will most certainly ask to use Aria again!!
