Above expectations. Rachel somehow made it happen that the cats showed up right from day 1 what was the first time in years when others took care of them.

Emily was absolutely wonderful! She was great with our three cats, communicated how they were doing with each visit and sent great pictures to see how they were. I would definitely recommend Emily to anyone who needed someone to take care of their pets while away!

Lisa took good care of my two cats when we were away. One of my cats has IBS issues and needs special feedings. I felt very comfortable leaving her care in the capable hands of Lisa. I would highly recommend her and I will be using her again.

Allison was amazing! While we were away for a few days, we had great piece of mind knowing our dog Mabel was getting lots of love and attention. Great communication from Allison throughout this process; both leading up to and during her visits. We are looking forward to working with her again!

Elena did great with my 3 cats - 2 of which are very difficult when it comes to being cared for by strangers. She kept a perfect schedule.

I have had Erin stop in a couple times to do a feeding and yard turnout. She has been consistent and on time and a good communicator. I would definitely recommend her!

Breanna did a great job with our Pyrenees these last two days. She leaves a detailed outline of how the visit went with lots of pictures of our fur baby! We are looking forward to having her come by again and would definitely recommend her to others!

We can't say enough about our sitter and the whole process, everything was excellent and very professional... We have already recommended this service to several of our friends and we will use the service and our sitter again in the near future... The daily pictures and emails are awesome and in addition the sitter picked up our mail and even did some light shoveling during the snowstorm while we were gone... Just fantastic and we are looking forward to doing business with Rover and Elizabeth M. (Betty) again...!!!
