While we were away, Rhea went above and beyond to make sure our pup felt comfortable and loved. She sent thoughtful daily updates with photos and notes that showed how much attention she was paying to her routines, quirks, and moods. We could truly relax knowing she was in her care. When we returned, our dog was happy, calm, and clearly had an amazing time. The house was spotless, everything was just as we left it (if not better), and it was obvious Rhea treated our home and our pet with the utmost respect. If you’re looking for someone who combines professionalism with genuine heart — someone who treats your dog like family — Rhea is the one. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Natalie is amazing, everything looked amazing when I came back. She sent multiple photos each day and I could tell the cats really liked her. She took time to play with them in addition to requested tasks.

Morgan was a fantastic sitter for our cat. She was very attentive, easy to communicate with, and took care of a couple issues around our home that made our lives much easier while being out of the country. Our cat loved her, and she sent the FUNNIEST pictures of him. Highly recommend!!!

Ridgley was absolutely wonderful with our pup! We just moved to the area a couple of weeks ago and one of our biggest worries was being able to find good care for him. He is our child and we worry anytime we have to leave him. Ridgley took care of him three times a day for three days and always arrived within the windows that we requested and sent great updates about their time together. Although is a 100lb+ boy, he hates the rain. She took it upon herself to walk the hallways of our complex with him to make sure he still got enough exercise. We will definitely be reaching out to her for help in the future!<3

She was very attentive to our cat’s needs and her updates and photos were comprehensive; we could tell that our cat was in excellent hands, especially given his special needs as a diabetic. Her overall care and management of our entire cat’s routine was unparalleled. We would highly recommend Shelby to take care of your pet (especially cats), as she is caring, flexible, and responsible.
