Jen was able to watch our dog on short notice when we went out of town for a weekend. She dropped in a couple of times a day and sent pictures and updates after each visit which was really nice! We will definitely book with her again in the future!

Milo was well cared for. Took a walk around the neighborhood with Mai. Milo connected with Mia immediately. It was an enjoyable time for Milo and Mai. Hope Mai is available next time. Malia stepped in last minute after an emergency situation. While we were sad we didn't get to meet her first, she did an amazing job checking in our boys and giving them both love and attention in the ways they need it. We would absolutely use Malia again and hope we can give her much more notice next time!

From the time we first reached out to the last day of the care, Kristen has been responsive and flexible. She intentionally took the time to do a meet-and-greet and make sure our cats felt comfortable. Throughout her visits, she sent pictures and updates, and even helped brainstorm ways to get one of our cats to take its medication in our absence. Her ideas and patience worked.
