House Sitting in Lewisberry

I can't possibly find adequate words to express how amazing Jess is. Jess stayed at my home w/my (fear-aggressive, high maintenance, stranger-leery) rescue dog for nearly 2 weeks & I couldn't be happier with how things went. She came to meet my dog, Tyson, 3 times before actually dog-sitting for him so that he'd be comfortable with her. Once I left town, Tyson staged a hunger strike & Jess went to the store (on Christmas Eve) to get wet food to mix with his regular food to encourage him to eat. I received daily updates (& pictures) about how Tyson was doing & came home to a cleaner home than I had left (seriously, she even washed the bed sheets & remade the bed). In 10 years, I've never left Tyson w/anyone but family or a close friend which greatly limited my ability to travel, so I probably had as much anxiety about leaving Tyson as he had about my absence. I wish I'd found Jess years ago & will DEFINITELY use her in the future. She took such good care of my boy that he honestly seemed disappointed to see me (instead of Jess) when I got home from my trip😂; so much so that I've asked her to stop by to say "Hi" to him from time to time b/c I know he'd be so excited to see her again! Jess will definitely supercede any expectations you have for a pet sitter!

Olivia was great! She kept me updated and was super kind to my fur babies. Already re-booked for my next time away.

I've never used Rover.com before so was a little hesitant about inviting a stranger into my home to housesit my three pups, but Adam put my mind at ease. He asked a lot of questions beforehand to make sure we were on the same page. He also came over to meet the doggos in advance of the four-night house-sitting. Adam was very respectful of our dogs and our house and left everything in great shape. We also had asked him to take care of our salt water fishtank while we were out of town. This takes a good deal of attention to detail and everything was maintained just how we explained it to him. We will definitely be using Adam's services in the future.

This is our second time using her and my dogs were so happy to see her. I don't worry when she is here. I look forward to having her again.

Juliana was easy to work with. She took good care of our dog and house while we were away. She sent us pictures and our pup was clearly very happy. We'll gladly book her again.

Kristen was very good with my dog. At the meet and greet she asked a lot of questions and took notes. Bailey warmed up to her very quickly. While I was away Kristen would update me several times a day with pictures, eating habits, etc. She was very attentive to Bailey, and I was very comfortable leaving him in her care while I was away. I would highly recommend her.

Kayla was INCREDIBLE! She watched our dog during our wedding weekend and she made it so much easier. We didn’t have to worry at all, our dog was in the best hands. Kayla was absolutely professional, took tons of photos so we knew how our pup was doing and went above and beyond our expectations. We would absolutely book kayla again in a heartbeat. You won’t find a better sitter than her

Lauren had great communication with me thorugh out her stay with our pups and sent pics. She was very thoughtful to the pups needs and made us feel at ease leaving our lives ones at home.

Lauren was amazing as usual! She was even willing to give our newly diagnosed cat his insulin. We always feel 100% comfortable leaving our fur babies with Lauren because she truly cares and loves them like they are her own. Will be rebooking again soon! Thanks so much for all you do for us!!

Emily was wonderful with Shady. Shady is elderly and has some mobility issues. Emily had no problem dealing with an older dog and Shady was very happy when we got home. She stayed in our home, and sent photos and videos during the week. She even brought our garbage pails out to the curb on garbage day. I will definitely call Emily the next time we go away.

Kat took amazing care of our buddy Trousers for the weekend. She sent plenty of pics and updates and he was so sad to see her go. She took great care of the house too and would recommend her to anyone who needs an amazing dog sitter!!!!

I needed to go out of town for a couple of days and Kiah did dog and cat sitting in my house. She kept me informed with pictures and text messages. When I came home the house was very neat and clean. I would recommend Kiah to anyone looking for someone who will take great care of your fur babies.

Kara was amazing! All of the pets loved her, even our grouchy cat. She did an excellent job taking care of them and keeping us updated while we were out of town. Highly recommend her.

Barret was a great pet sitter! He communicated well about how things were going, sent tons of photos, and handled a complicated situation with patience and flexibility. We will definitely have him back to stay with our pack.

Andrea was able to help us out with very late notice. She is very professional and kind. I can tell she played with our high energy pups a lot as they weren’t so extra when we got home. I would recommend her to anyone and plan to have her again if available.

Kelly has been absolutely fantastic since arranging a meet up. Our hearts were at ease knowing she was taking care.of our sweet Hank and Chip. Will definitely use her forever!
