Jana did a great job with looking after our cat, Sook. She was very accommodating with our cat, who suddenly and unexpectedly became unwell. She very kindly looked after him and cleaned up after him, and even came in for an extra visit on short notice when we were really concerned. She gave us lots of updates and pictures and became a real friend to our cat, it seems like he has truly bonded with her. We can’t thank Jana enough for her love and care for our cat!!!!
Went above and beyond to take care of my pets and house. Even stayed longer than asked when my flight home was delayed!
