John was so understanding about my anxiety leaving my kitty cat. He made the effort to interact with her, even though she wasn’t particularly friendly. He sent pictures and messages each time he saw her. He is definitely a kind person who loves animals.

This was my first time using Rover and i had concerns about a stranger caring for my cats and in my house. Melisha came for a meet n greet and knew all the right questions to ask. It was evident she was experienced in pet care. She was on time for each visit and sent lots of photos. A great communicator. She even alerted us to a strange vehicle in our driveway. I will be hiring her for my next vacation !
We are so appreciative of Jennifer's timely communication and willingness to keep us updated about our cats when we're away! We feel our babies are in good hands with her--she even hung out quietly on the floor with our blind cat who can get nervous when we're gone to try and make him more at ease.
