John was so understanding about my anxiety leaving my kitty cat. He made the effort to interact with her, even though she wasn’t particularly friendly. He sent pictures and messages each time he saw her. He is definitely a kind person who loves animals.

Alexis was very professional and thorough ! Our dog is a big, protective breed and she handled him very well and he was able to trust and listen to her. Lani is great. She took fantastic care of our little dude, communicated when she was arriving/what she was doing, and went above and beyond by cleaning his litter box and helping us out. This is our second time having Lani take care of our cat and will definitely not be the last!
