Above expectations. Rachel somehow made it happen that the cats showed up right from day 1 what was the first time in years when others took care of them.

Emily took great care of our cat while we were away! She is very down to earth and soft spoken which was appreciated for our shy cat. She is conscientious and detail oriented and a great communicator. We will definitely book with her again for future visits!

Elena came to my house twice a day over Thanksgiving break and then, due to a family emergency, she agreed to extend the visits for another five days.
