Not only is she prompt, communicative, and very obviously caring, she also does a wonderful job of writing up a nice summary after each visit & sends the sweetest photos. This was the first time I’ve had to leave my kitty for more than a day and Casie made everything so easy and worry free! She was so professional and sent lots of cute pictures, and communication could not have been better!
We had a wonderful experience with Taylor as our cat sitter! She did an excellent job taking care of our Lulu. Taylor made sure to send us pictures and updates every time she visited, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave us peace of mind while we were away. She was flexible and willing to adjust her drop-in time around some uncertainty we had in our travel schedule. Would have her petsit again!
