Heather is extremely professional and checked in and out on-time everyday! She provided pictures and written status up dates everyday as well! We highly recommend Heather and will be booking her for our Ayg and Sept vacation

Lucy was great! Our two kittens liked her very much. She was polite and returned texts quickly when we had questions before our trip. Once we were on vacation she kept us informed of their well being, provided pictures and everything. When we returned home it was so nice to see our kitties so relaxed. It was clear that she took very good care of them.

This is the second time we have had Laura visit Toby. She did another excellent job! She is very good with Toby. He is an older cat and can be cranky at times. I can not recommend her highly enough!!!

Emma is so friendly and a great cat sitter! She was very through in asking about their care and treated them well. My cats can be rambunctious but she did a good job at separating them for feedings and playing with them. She also sent great update photos with the rover cards throughout their care. Would highly recommend!

Steph did cat sitting for us for a week while we were away. She took lots of pictures, and kept us updated on how our cat was doing. She will be on our re-book list!

A few days before our international trip, we stumbled across the Rover site. It was serendipitous, as was our luck in finding Amber. She was everything we wanted in someone who would be in our home and taking care of our cats. She is professional, organized, smart, hardworking, down to earth, and considerate. When we met for our consultation, we were very impressed with her, as well as very reassured by how receptive she was to our needs and situation. We were gone 16 days, and she kept in daily contact with us, providing updates and photos and videos. She went above and beyond, handling our worries thoughtfully and treating our cats as a as though they were her own. Our cats are indoor/outdoor, and Amber was flexible with her schedule so as to try to be in sync with their patterns, in addition to her other obligations. She offered our cats shelter, food and water, treats and playtime, cuddles and reassurance. And in doing so, she gave us tremendous peace of mind. When our one cat would go exploring for extended periods, Amber was mindful to track her adventures. She even took the initiative to look for her if to much time has passed since T had come home. Amber also checked in with us about the house and property, and made a great impression on my dad and sister (who came by and appreciated her efforts too). We can verify that our cats took to her as well, as we had cameras set up and saw how responsive they were to her! :) One of our biggest challenges taking this trip was what we were going to do about our cats (this was our first time away since we adopted them and we know our situation is a little unusual). We are so very grateful to have discovered Rover, and we are 100% going to book Amber and to recommend Amber, wholeheartedly, for future plans.

Awesome as usual! Mindy is the greatest- our cat just loves her and she takes such great care of him. Never worry for a moment when he’s in Mindy’s care!

Emma was amazing! She watched my cat for a whole month while I was gone. She was able to do everything I asked of her including looking after my house and taking care of my plants in addition to pet duties. Plus my cat immediately warmed up to her. Highly recommend! Will be using her again in the future.

Henry ❤️ Bryn! She took great care of him while we were on vacation. In addition to feeding and other basic care, she was his play companion and advocate. She sent us daily “action shots” that show Henry joyfully playing cat soccer, catch, and hide and seek with her. She also payed close attention to how he responded to the feeding schedule. When it seemed he was hungrier than expected, she messaged us to discuss giving him a bit more food each day. Henry and his people enthusiastically recommend Bryn for cat care!

Jess did a great job taking checking in on our cat while we were out for a couple of days. We'll definitely choose her again for our next trip.

Brooke and Matt were reliable, kind, and genuinely great with my cat Tigger. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking with them again!
