She has also been very respectful of my preferences and the needs of my dog. I always appreciate her thorough communication through personalized updates and the pictures she sends after her visit which lets me know that my dog is being well taken care of. Finding someone you can trust to treat your dog like family/like their own can be hard, but Nicole has definitely done that, and I've already rebooked her! Would 100% recommend.
