Marissa went above and beyond while taking care of our pets while we were out of town. It snowed A LOT and Marissa took the time to care for our home- she shoveled our front path and put down salt, and she was even so thoughtful that she put up the windshield wipers on our cars. We were dreading the conditions when we came home, but she was like a fairy godmother who made everything better!

This was my first time using Rover. I was hoping that having someone check on my cats at home rather than boarding them at the vet would be less traumatic for them, and that was definitely the case! Lisa did a great job. I can tell that she spent some time playing with my more outgoing cat, because he's now OBSESSED with toys that he couldn't be bothered with before! She also did a great job checking on my shy cat, who hides from everyone. I would definitely trust my cats with Lisa again!

Kai & Devon are exceptional animal care providers, and all around friendly, skilled, dependable, and caring people. Our highly reactive and anxious doggie Zelda did beautifully in Kai’s care. We’re so grateful for the ways he patiently encouraged and worked with her (and us!) so we felt comfortable traveling without her. We loved the reports and photos Kai sent along to keep us updated and relaxed. We’re happy Zelda and we now have them in our lives for continued trusted care, walks, and companionship.

My rating for Jordan would actually be a 10. There's not enough positive things I can say about her care of my Lola. From being a last minute find after a number of other people couldn't or wouldn't help; to her incredible communication and flexibility of schedule - Jordan was aces. If you are anywhere in her coverage area - I highly recommend having Jordan watch your pet.

I think this was probably my best experience with Rover. This young man helped us out when we abruptly had to leave out of town for a funeral. He was able to handle our 42 lb rambunctious high energy puppy with ease. Thank you and we will be using Matthew again and again.
