Emily was awesome! I am so happy she was able to come and watch my Flemish Giant Rabbit while I was away for the Holiday. I had no need to stress about him and she was great with him!

I would love to leave my cat with him again and again. He kept me updated everyday about my cat. He also sent me pictures/videos of her. He was friendly and responded fast to my messages. I strongly recommend cat boarding with Charles.

She was very attentive, patient, and paid close attention to our more complicated kitties, such as following the instructions for their special food and litter. Emili was great with Onyx and kept us updated and sent photos. We were comfortable with how she interacted with Onxy from the first meeting (especially since Onyx normally shys away from strangers). We would highly recommend Emili and will definitely be using her again!
