Alexis was very professional and thorough ! Our dog is a big, protective breed and she handled him very well and he was able to trust and listen to her. I never had any doubts with her reliability and handling of him. 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely be regular clients! Even more props for a great initial meet and greet.

This was the first time we've used Rover.com, and we were a bit unsure. Michele's caring, personal approach relieved any doubts we had. Our cat, Stitch, responded to her rather easily.
