Dog Boarding in Mercersburg

I dropped off my 8 month old lab puppy, Cooper, with Charlie for two nights. I originally had some anxiety over dropping him off since it would be a completely new place, new people and new dogs. But within 5 mins of arriving and meeting Charlie, seeing his space and Cooper quickly playing and getting along with the other dogs, any anxiety I’d had went out the window. Charlie was great with sending me pictures and updates to let me know Cooper was getting along fine with everyone. He never knew I’d left haha. Cooper had a blast! Will definitely plan to use Charlie again for boarding! Thanks again!

Your furbabies will be so well looked after here, we can't recommend Jeannie and Robert highly enough. They care for your pets like they're their own, their facilities are great, and they will keep in constant touch with you whilst you're away. One of our pups had an issue during her stay and I was so thankful for the calm, practical approach - even though we were 3000 miles away I felt our babies were in good hands! We boarded out dogs here for a week and will do so again next vacation, if they have space. Thanks so much to you all. This was a real family effort and it was heartwarming to see how much they missed you all when they got home! The dogs got a vacation too!

Sarah is awesome!!! I was very nervous leaving our dog, Toby. Sarah had another dog scheduled for the same week. Toby (historically) does not like other dogs. He loved Huck! We were unreachable during Toby’s boarding but, Sarah made sure to text me before we lost service to tell me they were getting along great! She even sent pictures of them sleeping together. Sarah must be a dog whisperer! We will definitely use her again! Thanks Sarah for everything!

So blessed to be in the same area as them. FANTASTIC service! They are wonderful people who truly love the pets and animals they watch, foster, and own.

Jaclyn was absolutely amazing with our boy, Jax! This was our dogs first time with a new boarder because we didn’t have much lucky previously and he took to her immediately. I told her how he could be skiddish and might need time to warm up and she was so patient and gentle and kind with him and he made himself right at home. I went to pick him up and he didn’t want to leave her! I am very much looking forward to having Jaclyn care for Jax in the future and am so grateful we’ve found such a wonderful and reliable boarder. She also kept me updated throughout his stay and sent lots of pics and it made my dog momma heart so happy, especially seeing how happy he was! I cannot recommend Jaclyn enough. 🙂

Everything went smoothly, particularly since I wasn't from area & needed a perfect hand-off. Tina was very friendly & my Christina seemed "happy" when I picked her up. Tina was communicative with daily updates.

Lejune and Michael did an AMAZING job taking care of my puppy. He looked so happy in the pictures and videos she sent me. She kept me updated with everything he did thorough the day. And she also gave me a small gift when I picked him up. He lost a tooth while in his stay with them and she kept it for me. I will 100% hire them again to take care of my baby. Thank you so much. Very satisfied.

Diana completely SAVED our vacation!!! As Rover Sitters ourselves we knew what we needed in a sitter and Diana along with help from her husband exceeded “all” our expectations! We were really anxious and under pressure to switch gears the very morning that we’re heading out of town for 11 days. Finding such wonderfully caring and compassionate folks to keep our teen daughter’s furbaby was a true blessing. We were so happy 😀 to see that there were several others being boarded along with him, as he’s used to many visitors around him from our several frequent boarding clients. Diane sent us several lovely pictures of Potato around other furry visitors, as well as herself and her own doggies. Potato became very close to one of hers and sent pictures of them being nearly inseparable through the entire stay. Her home is most definitely one that represents one of great safety, fun, and accommodating for every pet in her care to also include her own lovely doggies. She kept us updated and informed of any changes in his mood, eating practices, and sleeping schedule and about all of the new friends he’s made. She remained in Constant contact with us and responded to all of our inquiries immediately. She is truly an amazing blessing to entire Rover Community along with her wonderful husband. We were able to relax and not worry about Potato feeling blue or alone Ever! He had his own Vacay!! We will definitely rebook with Diana ( possibly soon actually) 😀 We recommend her 100% for anyone who is looking for care that is exceptional and professional…topping these by 10 fold is the LOVE she clearly has for furbaby visitors as well as her special furry family members!!!! Upon picking him up she was prompt while also sharing a small chat with us at our vehicle. This really touched me and in doing so resulted in great ending to our 1st family vacation in over 3 years! Donna and Scott are the BEST! They loved my boy and took care of him just like I would have! Kegan has such a great time on his vacation. They answered any questions I had and sent pictures and updates every day! I don’t think Kegan wanted to leave his vacation spot. ❤️?

Ashley was wonderful!! Ashley was able to take our doggo at the last minute. He was welcomed into her home and introduced to her dogs. They became buds immediately. The daily photos showed a well taken care of dog. He came back to us happy (a little tired - in a good way), and healthy.

Thalia was great with Stella! She took her last minute when I was in a pinch and sent pic and updates every day tho that was not requested or necessary but I really appreciated it bc I missed her more than I thought I would! 🥲 Dtella seemed to enjoy the company of her dogs and I love that they let her sleep in their bed (bc she loves nothing more than snuggling up next to a warm human 😊).

Beth was fantastic! Her communication was great --photos and videos nearly every day-- and she took amazing care of Clementine, who seemed extremely comfortable. We were looking for someone who would treat our dog like their own, and we absolutely found that with Beth and her family. Clementine will definitely be back!

This is the second time we used Tori to watch our puppy while we were out of town. It was for about 5 days this time. Once again, we were very happy with the experience! She takes such great care of our dog, sends us updates with pictures/videos, and has been very flexible about pick up/drop off times. Highly recommended!!

Trista regularly texted us about Ollie and also sent pictures of him enjoying life. Ollie truely enjoyed being with Trista's family. Bonus Ollie actually gained a pound. Thanks again Trista.

Frances was excellent! Bailey had a great time and got along very well with Frances’ dog. I felt very comfortable leaving Bailey in Frances Home for the week.

Second time using Heidi to watch Cooper, this time for 10 days while we were out of the country, she sent updates and pictures every day. Could tell Cooper was excited to be there when I dropped him off.

Brianna was fantastic! My little dog had a great time! She sent regular photos and treated him like family.
