Monica was wonderful, fully understood my anxieties about leaving my cats alone and accommodated all of my requests, including helping me out when I had miss-scheduled one of the visits on Rover and went in last minute to feed my cats. She also communicated very clearly and asked questions to make sure she knew where everything she needed was. Will absolutely reach out to her first next time we need a cat sitter.

Katherine is an absolute PRO! I requested her help on pretty short notice and I’m so grateful she was able to help me out. She took excellent care of my anxious fur babies while I was out of town, and most of them warmed up to her very quickly! Thank you so much for everything! Scott was great! He followed the NUMEROUS directions we left to a T and administrated *multiple* medications. He made sure our pup and kitty were both fed and took our puppers outside for his potty break. He also played with him and sent pictures. We appreciated his attention to detail!

This was my first time using Rover, and thus, using Amy, and she was great! She was timely, great with communication and updates, and she brought along her daughter, which I know Shorty loved (the more the merrier in his world).
