It was a positive experience. Melissa agreed to meet in advance - on her own time and without compensation! - to introduce each other and our dogs. She was patient with my questions (and requests for my dog!). My fur-baby took a moment to get comfortable and she showed patience with her, too. The Family was calm and receptive. Laken was great! She was quick with communication, gave me pictures & updates and took great care of Oreo. He was happy camper during his stay. She has a nice fenced in space which was a added bonus for Oreo to play.
