John was so understanding about my anxiety leaving my kitty cat. He made the effort to interact with her, even though she wasn’t particularly friendly. He sent pictures and messages each time he saw her. He is definitely a kind person who loves animals.

All star sitter, takes great care of our cute little fur baby while we are Gone and kept us well informed throughout the whole time. Nina gives 2 thumbs (cause she can 🐈)

This was my first time using Rover and i had concerns about a stranger caring for my cats and in my house. Melisha came for a meet n greet and knew all the right questions to ask. It was evident she was experienced in pet care. She was on time for each visit and sent lots of photos. A great communicator. She even alerted us to a strange vehicle in our driveway. I will be hiring her for my next vacation !

Alexis is very caring and passionate about her work :) I was happy she was able to do a meet and greet with Luna (my GS) and I prior to her first drop in visit. She gave a detailed follow-up report on Luna and included photos :) I always love seeing how caring and loving others are about animals, and Alexis made me feel comfortable to have her watch Luna.

She was awesome and I will be a repeat customer. Very kind and responsive. Went above and beyond. Got updates and pics daily. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my senior kitty was in caring hands!

Dollie really helped me when I had to go out of town right after my cat had surgery. She made me feel comfortable with her experience and expertise and was very flexible with the constant changing of circumstances!

This was a last minute booking. I needed help with Roarke because I fell ill. They were very accommodating. Susannah came and was right on time. Roarke went right up to her, trusting her right away. Susannah was friendly but kept us on track. I talk too much. I’m excited to have her help with Roarke in the future.
