Rachel has been incredibly understanding and kind with our dachshund, who’s extra nervous due to travel and being in a new setting. This is the second time Mackenzie has sat for us. She has been even more excellent this time. She continues to spend a considerable amount of effort working with our dogs and gaining the trust of our shy rescue dog. She sends updates to us regularly to assure us of the care are dogs are receiving and just to share special moments we would appreciate. She has shown considerable care for our home even during the winter storms while we were away. We will continue to request her services for future trips!
