Elizabeth took excellent care of our elderly cat. She was delightfully responsive, responsible and flexible in scheduling, sent photos during her visits and even spent time with him on our porch where he loves to hang out. She was very attentive, patient, and paid close attention to our more complicated kitties, such as following the instructions for their special food and litter. Jennifer did a great job taking care of my two cats. She spent a lot of time with them, followed all of my complicated instructions and gave them both their medications. Nice summary of visits. Attentive to the food preference they showed (which I never even realized). They kindly bought some extra cans of their favorite type. Appeared to have bonded nicely with my girls. I did have to reach out a few times to check and see they were visited. They were quick to respond and give reassurance. Overall, happy with their service and attentiveness to my babies.

I would love to leave my cat with him again and again. He kept me updated everyday about my cat. He also sent me pictures/videos of her. He was friendly and responded fast to my messages. I strongly recommend cat boarding with Charles.

Rhianna was a pleasure; she was able to get my Boots out to eat each day. Boots is a very scared cat and does not like strange people. Somehow, she managed to do what no one else could do. She was able to make friends with Tigger who is the king of his castle and wants to be the first at eating and protecting his domain.
